We are coming to the understanding that church as we've known it cannot continue. The end-time "church" or called-out generation will be entering into uncharted waters. We at Omega Ministries are sharing a vision of using the Internet to help bring God's people together. Many people have turned away from the church organization and are searching for fellowship among those that share a like and precious faith. We are preparing our web site to become a place where people can "come to church" so to speak. It is our belief that we can help to bring people together all over the world using the Internet. We propose to use our web site to establish A Church With No Walls.
Since many have given up on the same old routine of church as usual we think that we can help people that live in close proximity to one another to gather together in their own homes to fellowship together weekly or how ever often they desire. This ministry can be a tool to accomplish this purpose. We would like to see believers coming together where ever they are located. We propose that groups of people can form up and meet to listen to weekly messages at least once a week (we usually get our weekly message uploaded by Sunday evening Eastern Time). At that time they can have discussions, pray together and worship together. We believe that this even follows the pattern established by the original Christians in the book of Acts as they met together in one another's homes.
It is our hope, prayer and belief that as we get closer to the end of this age - we will be drawn together by the Spirit of the Lord.
Come by our on-line community forum for starters and tell us where you located. We believe that this can be an effective tool in helping to join the Body of Christ together. There must be somebody within a short distance of you that is seeking after the Lord with all their heart - all the while just knowing that what is seen by the masses as the "church" is just not it. According to God's own Word we are not to forsake the assembling of ourselves together ESPESCIALLY in these last of the last days!
